What are your shipping methods and costs?
We offer Complimentary Delivery to all UK addresses, including the Highlands & Islands (your box will be delivered in 3-5 working days). International delivery costs are automatically calculated at the checkout depending on your location. Please contact support@stoerskincare.com if you require any assistance.
Can I track my delivery?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a further email update when your product box has been despatched with a tracking code.  We can also communicate with you via text if you have stored your mobile number in the personalised account login section.
What if I miss my delivery?
There will be a card left by the courier with details of how to rearrange a further delivery at a time convenient to you.
My delivery has arrived damaged, what can I do?

My delivery has arrived and there are products missing, what can I do?
Please contact us immediately via email to support@stoerskincare.com, we work to a 24 hour response time and will always aim to respond promptly. You can also login to your personalised account login section and view your last order to ensure the item/s you are missing were included on your initial order.
How can I check the status of my delivery?
You can track your delivery progress in the personalised account login section or alternatively you can check online with your tracking number.
Do you deliver Internationally?
Yes, we can deliver to most regions internationally, however if you are based Africa, China, Russia or South America, please email support@stoerskincare.com ahead of placing an order to determine costs and timescale of delivery.
Do you deliver to BFPO Addresses?
Yes, we can deliver to BFPO addresses.
Will I have to pay additional Taxes and Duty?

Can I track my international delivery?
