We will provide a full refund for any products returned to us unopened by registered post within 14 calendar days, please note that products have to be returned with the tamper seals in place.

How do I return a Stoer Skincare product box I have purchased from another website or retailer?
To arrange the return of any of our products you have purchased from one of our partner retailers in store or online, you would have to return to the in store or online retailer you purchased from by following their guidance and returns policy.
How long does it take to process payment for a returned product box?
It can take 10-14 working days to process a return and the money to be refunded to you.
How will I be refunded for my returned purchase?
The debit or credit card you paid with will be refunded the amount you paid for your product box, this is not inclusive of postage costs you may have initially paid or have paid to return the product box.
